Refund & Cancellation Policy
1) Once the Player Registration Form is submitted and the fee is paid, the registration will be considered confirmed.
2) Registration fees are generally Non-Refundable.
. No refund will be provided if :
. The player fails to attend the selection.
. The player is disqualified due to incomplete documents / age mismatch / misconduct.
Membership Fee (Annual / Lifetime)
1)Membership fees are Non-Refundable once the membership has been successfully approved and ID/membership number issued.
2)Membership can be transferred or upgraded to another category (if applicable), but cannot be cancelled after activation.
3) If an application is rejected before approval, the fee may be refunded after deduction of processing charges (if any).
Donations / Contributions
1)All Donations made to the Organization/Foundation are Non-Refundable.
2)Donations are voluntary contributions and cannot be cancelled or reversed after payment.
3)Donors are eligible to receive a Donation Receipt for record and tax purposes (if applicable under government rules).
